Pricing for 2012

Prices vary by size of cottage, length of stay and time of year. Each cottage fits into one of the following groups:

Group 1 are the two bedroom cottages; Group 2 all have three bedrooms including a downstairs king; Group 3 are the largest three bedroom cottages and have all three bedrooms upstairs; Group 4 have five bedrooms.  For more information see the "Cottages" pages.

During the peak periods, such as the May and October half-terms, Easter and summer holidays, cottages are sold for 7 night stays.  This reflects the bulk of the demand for those times.  At other times there are 2 night breaks (starting on Fridays or Saturdays), 3 night breaks starting on Fridays, 4 night breaks starting on Mondays, and at Christmas and New Year we have 5 night breaks available.

Very occasionally we have late availability in peak periods, and this gets released for sale usually around 1 month in advance.  This will be flagged in the information bar on each page, but only when it is available. We are unable to offer one night breaks at any time of year.
